about

I moved to Seattle a eight years ago after living in the Bay area for 16 years. My first love in life was photography but I left it after discovering my second love, food. I’ve cooked professionally for 20 years now, everything from owning a food truck, to fine dining catering, to being a culinary director for a caviar company where I developed recipes and private label products for chefs such as Jacques Pepin. After starting a family and moving to Seattle I felt the strong urge to get back behind the camera shooting what I love most, food. But most of all telling stories about the lifestyle of food, gathering and eating. I believe a great meal is not just about the food, it’s as much about the company and the surroundings.

In January 2020 I opened a little natural wine bar and gathering space in my neighborhood of Seattle called Ebb & Company where I host dinners, events and cooking classes as well as serve natural wines and seasonal small plates & tinned fish. When not working, I split my time with my husband and 2 children between Seattle and our little home on Lummi Island where I’ve taken up gardening and host dinners and culinary retreats focused on what grows on the land and lives in the sea. I am happiest when I am able to bring people around a table for a meal and build community.

My photography can be seen in print and online in various places including Amazon Home, Edible Seattle, Coastal Living Magazine, Marin Magazine, Huffington Post, Edible Marin, Gilt Taste and more.  Check out my client page for professional work.
